I was recommended this place when looking to buy Yu-Gi-Oh cards at another store. I was really excited and drove about 45 minutes to get there. The staff were too busy talking and dealing with regular customers to even acknowledge me. Eventually, I was able to get ahold of someone and asked if they had single Yu-Gi-Oh cards for sale. I selected some cards from a binder and made my purchase. Upon checking out, I was swiftly handed my receipt without another word. Not a “thanks for checking us out,” or a “thank you, come again,” not even a simple, “have a great day.” I felt like every other time I spoke I was completely ignored for someone who was a more regular customer, or just ignored completely. It definitely didn’t feel super welcoming. After looking up the cards I purchased on TCG Player, I felt like I was overcharged by at least $10. Super bummed, and definitely not worth the drive there and back. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be returning to this store.

Best place to go to if you’re a beginner on TCG! I went in looking for trading cards to buy as a gift for someone and didn’t know where to start. Eric is super knowledgable and his customer service went above and beyond on my purchase while taking into account what I was looking for and cost wise. I recommend coming here and will definitely come back because of Eric!

Since the very first time I went there, I’ve appreciated how engaged the owner and employees of the store are!! They are constantly working to make a safe space for their players and they look out for their community with constant restocks of products and events for a wide range of games. One of the best stores I’ve ever visited!
